What are your products used for?
All AGC Labs products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption.
How do I know the purity is accurate?
Every batch is tested by independent third-party laboratories using HPLC and Mass Spectrometry. We publish Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for every product and include them with your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping within the United States. Orders under $250 ship for a flat rate of $9.99.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. Your privacy is important to us.
Can I get a COA before ordering?
Absolutely. Contact us with the product name and we'll send you the most recent Certificate of Analysis.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund on unopened products returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened products may be eligible for store credit if there is a quality issue — contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
How should I store the peptides?
Peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term storage, refrigeration (2-8°C) is recommended. Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated and used within the timeframe specified on the COA.
