Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. Products are securely packed with tamper-evident seals to ensure integrity during transit. Temperature-sensitive compounds include cold-chain packaging when required.

Delivery Area

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight orders. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@agclabs.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may reship your order at no additional cost.
